The Developer – Surrey County Council
Surrey County Council owns the Keswick site. Its vision is to deliver an exemplary affordable housing scheme for people in the local area and create a place to call home that meets residents’ long-term accommodation and support needs.
It is our intention to secure a development partner with whom to deliver the new affordable homes on the Keswick site.
The Design Team
3BM, specialists in architecture and planning and part of the RSK Group, is leading the design of the development.
The wider team includes Inertia Structures, Silcock Leedham, Stephenson Halliday, SOCOTEC UK, Vail Williams and Velocity, alongside specialists in acoustics, flood-risk management and geosciences from the RSK Group.
The team is working closely with Surrey County Council’s Adult Social Care team to design affordable new homes carefully and thoughtfully, with the needs of future residents at the heart of the proposals.
The Community Consultation Team – Your Shout
Your Shout undertakes professional community consultation for the built environment. We work with developers, local authorities and other organisations that want to contact, consult and listen to people in a particular community, neighbourhood or area.
We are committed to strengthening relationships between landowners, communities and local councillors.
